Hyderabad (Telangana): A 21-year-old woman was allegedly lured into a lucrative job offer in Kuwait and was made to work as a housemaid in the country. The woman's mother had appealed to the centre that her daughter is now stranded in the Gulf country and ensure that her daughter returns to India safely.

The woman's mother Safia Begum said to ANI on Monday that her daughter Zakia Mirza left for Kuwait in January this year. She was promised a teaching job at Rs 30,000 per month salary but she was later employed as a housemaid.
