Mumbai: Senior citizen killed after violent clash over property dispute in Aarey

A heated argument between two families escalated into a brutal brawl, with both sides allegedly attacking each other using weapons including swords, choppers, and iron rods which resulted in the deceased sustaining serious injuries, a police official said

A 60-year-old man was killed after a violent clash erupted between two families over a property dispute in Mumbai's Aarey Colony, the police said on Saturday.

According to the police, a violent clash took place on the night of May 1 in Unit No. 32 of the Mandva slum in Aarey Colony over a property dispute linked to alleged land encroachment and the clash between two families resulted in the death of senior citizen who was identified as Furkan Khan.
