The incident occurred when a speeding car rear-ended an auto rickshaw in Juhu, causing it to overturn and crash into a vehicle from the security entourage of Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar
According to Mumbai Police, two people were reportedly injured in the collision involving the car, the auto rickshaw and another vehicle
Police said that a case has been registered against the accused, identified as Radheshyam Rai, under Sections 281, 125(A) and 125(B) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS)
Videos from the accident site have surfaced online, showing local residents assisting the authorities in safely pulling an injured man from the wreckage
According to the police, the incident occurred at around 8 pm on Gandhigram Road near the ISKCON Temple
