The injured officers, identified as Constable Krishnakant Mishra and Rathod, are attached to Marine Drive Police Station. The police said the duo sustained serious injuries and are currently undergoing treatment in the ICU of Bombay Hospital

After receiving information about the incident, police teams rushed to the spot and shifted the injured officers to hospital for treatment
