The civic body has decided to file the case against the residents of Campa Cola compound in the Supreme Court after they failed to hand over the keys by the May 31 deadline

After the last date of handing over the keys of Campa Cola society was not adhered to by the residents on Monday, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation will be filing a contempt of court case in the Supreme Court (SC) against them. However, the residents of the society are hopeful that an extension will be granted to them, after a fresh petition was submitted to the vacation bench, slated for hearing today.
