Charlie Hebdo cartoon: Mumbai cops arrest two newspaper vendors, get slammed by judge

<p>Unfazed by outrage, the police arrested two newspaper vendors for selling the issue of Avadhnama which had carried the controversial Charlie Hebdo cartoon; when they were presented before the court, however, the judge asked, &lsquo;How can you just pick up someone and put them in jail?&rsquo;</p>

Fanning the flames of the outrage caused by the booking of a newspaper vendor for selling the January 17 issue of the Urdu daily Avadhnama, the J J Marg police arrested two vendors in connection with the case late on Wednesday night.
