In yet another stain on khaki, a constable has been arrested for molesting a woman in Sanjay Gandhi National Park and trying to extort money from her and her boyfriend.

What’s worse, the constable had allegedly been caught twice while trying to get couples to cough up money in the national park which is not even in his jurisdiction but had been let off with warnings both times.
