Mumbai: Now you can send government feedback about condition of railway toilets

<p>As part of the Smart Feedback system, people will be able to scan a QR code put up outside toilets, using their phone, and answer questions related to maintenance</p>

On the occasion of World Toilet Day on November 19, the Western Railway (WR) came up with an initiative to track and monitor the condition of toilets at 17 railway stations of the city. The WR on Sunday announced the Smart Feedback system through which people will be able to scan a QR code put up outside toilets using their phones and answer a couple of questions related to maintenance. Either people will have to use a QR code scanning app or the SmartFeedback QR Code app for answering the questions.
