Maratha quota activist Manoj Jarange, leading a march towards Mumbai with thousands of supporters, Thursday appealed to Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and his deputies to address the longstanding Maratha quota issue.
As the procession progressed from Lonavala on Thursday afternoon, Jarange expressed dissatisfaction with the lack of progress in discussions with two official delegations earlier in the day.
