Motilal Nagar redevelopment: 3,700 families to get 1,600 sq ft homes

The project is being implemented by the MHADA through its Mumbai Board, and is being developed under the Construction and Development Agency (C&DA) model with the Adani Group as the appointed redevelopment partner, officials said

Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) on Friday unveiled a 143-acre Goregaon Motilal Nagar redevelopment plan and according to the project, around 3,700 families will get 1,600 sq ft homes, an official statement said.

The master plan for the large-scale Motilal Nagar redevelopment project in Mumbai was presented by MHADA CEO Sanjeev Jaiswal, marking a major step in one of India’s biggest urban renewal initiatives.
