Kherwadi junction flyover: MMRDA gears up for work on northbound carriageway

Motorists heading towards the Western suburbs via Western Express Highway (WEH) might soon face traffic problems during evening peak hours at Kherwadi Junction, as the work on the northbound carriageway of the Kherwadi Junction flyover is expected to start by the end of August.

The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) Commissioner, UPS Madan, confirmed, “We are ready to start the work of the northbound stretch of the flyover and expect to receive permission from the Traffic police department to commence it by August-end.”
