Mother, son found hanging in Chembur home

The duo was found hanging from a single rope tied to the fan. While cops refuse to divulge reason behind alleged suicide, they say elder son took his life "for same reason"

The bodies of a mother and son were found hanging at their Chembur home on Saturday afternoon. The woman has been identified as Kalpana Salvi, 46, who worked with the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation’s L-ward office, while her son Sunil, 22, was a final year student at Chembur’s Acharya College.
