A 10-year-old girl and 25-year-old woman were killed after a fire broke out in Mankhurd’s Mandala area on Monday, civic authorities said on Tuesday.
According to the Mumbai Fire Brigade (MFB), the fire broke out around 8:20 PM in Janta Nagar, behind the Hanuman Temple in the Mandala locality. Emergency response teams rushed to the spot to douse the flames and rescue those injured.
