Union Minister Piyush Goyal on Sunday suggested that RC construction mixers could be shifted out of the city and precast structures at sites must be promoted to curb Mumbai air pollution, reported the PTI.

Goyal underlined the need to incentivise the use of precast and steel construction technologies to reduce dust pollution generated during building activities in Mumbai.
