Congress city chief, Kripashankar Singh, at a Congress function today said, that Mumbai belonged to the Koli community.

Using strong words he stated that original Mumbaikars are the Koli community and Mumbai is theiru00a0 father's property and no else can claim to be it's original inhabitants.
