The Navghar police arrested a suspended Mantralaya clerk on December 28 for duping an individual on the pretext of offering him a job as a driver with a minister. The clerk was a government servant for more than a decade, but had been suspended after the Anti-Corruption Bureau caught him while accepting a bribe in 2008.
