Mumbai crime: 21-year-old man injured in celebratory fire at Ambernath

A 21-year-old man was critically injured after being by a hit by splinters of a double-barrel shotgun that a businessman’s bodyguard fired at a builder’s birthday celebrations on Sunday evening in Ambernath.

As per a report in The Times of India, the injured man, identified as Sanket Madhvi, has been admitted to a private hospital. The police arrested Sanjay Jadhav (50), an Ambernath resident, who works as a bodyguard for businessman M Badala. Jadhav has an arms license that was sanction from Raigad, his home district.
