Mumbai: Design model for Shivaji forts to be built in CST made ready

CR and JJ College of Architecture have prepared the design, showcasing the façade of the replicas of the seven forts that would come up in CST

The Central Railway (CR) has finally come up with a detailed architectural model for the seven forts – belonging to Maratha king Shivaji Maharaj – which would be built in the Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (CST). mid-day had reported on CR’s plans to build a Rs 1,800 crore fortress, consisting of these forts, at CST on February 19.
