<p>Five, including three children, were injured after a lift collapsed in a Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) building in Mumbai&rsquo;s <a href="https://www.mid-day.com/mumbai/mumbai-crime-news/article/17-women-rescued-from-secret-basement-in-andheri-bar-police-23204913" rel="none">Andheri</a> East on Monday.&nbsp;</p>
<p>According to <em><a href="https://www.indiatoday.in/cities/mumbai/story/mumbai-andheri-lift-collapse-5-injured-3-kids-1887238-2021-12-13" rel="nofollow">India Today report</a></em>, the lift crashed from the ninth floor at a SRA building on Azad Road, Gondivli. The BMC officials confirmed that all injured were shifted to hospital and are stable.&nbsp;</p>
<p>The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) officials reached the spot when they were alerted about the incident. However, the cause of the mishap is not known.&nbsp;</p>
