A yet another Travelling Ticket Inspector of Central Railway in Mumbai has achieved a major milestone by collecting more than Rs 1 crore in penalties from ticketless passengers.

Pravin B. Menthe, a Chief Ticket Inspector (CTI) with the Central Railway, penalised 11,559 passengers travelling without valid tickets, officials said.
