The Crime Branch in Akola has successfully apprehended a driver who stands accused of pilfering funds from his employer in Oshiwara, Mumbai, according to a police official's statement on Sunday.

Santosh Chavan, a resident of Navi Mumbai aged 48, was taken into custody on October 13 in the New Tapadia Nagar area, situated within the jurisdiction of the Civil Line police station, stated a PTI report.
