Roof of dilapidated building in Mumbai collapses; two trapped siblings rescued safely

The building located in Mahim is a Waqf Board property. Officials from the Mumbai Fire Brigade and Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation were deployed for the rescue operation, resulting in the safe rescue of a 52-year-old man and a senior citizen

A section of the roof and staircase of the Haji Kasam Building in Mumbai's Mahim area collapsed on Monday amid heavy rain. This building is owned by the Waqf Board.

Officials from the Mumbai Fire Brigade and Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) rushed for the rescue operation following the incident.
