The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) on Thursday announced that the water supply in several areas of the city will be affected on December 1 and 2 due to essential maintenance work on the city’s water pipelines.

According to an official statement, the work involves connecting a 2,500 mm diameter water pipeline to the existing 3,000 mm main water pipeline near the Amar Mahal underground tunnel shafts (1 and 2), located at the Cheda Nagar Junction, Ghatkopar East.
