Two foreigners hurt in terror attacks missing
THE Mumbai District collectorate is on a lookout for two foreign nationals injured in the 26/11 terror attack. With no information available on the address or nationality, the state is unable to provide them with the Rs 1.5 lakh monetary compensation.

Allison Morrison and Shih Fung Chen were discharged from Bombay Hospital on November 27 and November 29 respectively. However, they didn't leave any address. Details on the two can be faxed to 22664232 or mailed at collector_mumbaicity@ maharashtra.gov.in.

Local transporters join strike
LOCAL transporters have joined the Bombay Goods and Transport Association strike to press for reduction in fuel rates and taxes. Retail Motor Transport Association, the body that deals with local transport, joined the strike on Friday night. Navin Bhanushali, vice-president of RMT, said that 3,500 workers went on strike. Said Narendra Annasaheb Patil, general secretary, Maharashtra Rajya Mathadi, Transport and General Kamgar Union, who too joined the strike, "All the traders
may also join in the strike if the demands are not fulfilled. We'll decide on Tuesday."
