Maharashtra’s Minister of State for Home Yogesh Kadam on Saturday said that around 5,000 Pakistani nationals are residing in the state, including 1,000 on short term visas who have been asked to leave the country as per the Centre's directives, reported the PTI.

In the aftermath of the Pahalgam terror attack, India has taken a firm stance against Pakistani nationals present in the country.
