After the Supreme Court directed the Maharashtra Election Commission to notify Maharashtra local body elections within four weeks, Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Sanjay Raut on Tuesday said that the party is prepared to face all types of situations, reported news agency ANI.

"Supreme Court order has come that within 4 months, local body elections need to be conducted (in Maharashtra). We have been demanding this again and again...it will be rainy season and also festive season...we are prepared to face all types of situations," Sanjay Raut told reporters.
