Elections are a season of skullduggery and intrigue and this election is no different.
On April 9, a candidate of the Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party mysteriously surfaced in the Mumbai North West constituency and filed his nomination.

Just as mysteriously, he withdrew his nomination on April 13, the last date for withdrawal of nomination, and disappeared from the scene.
