A 22-year-old student has been arrested for running over a cyclist in a northwest suburb, police said on Monday.

Mihir Dharkar was allegedly speeding in his car when he lost control and rammed into a cyclist on a service road of the Western Express highway in suburban Vile Parle on Sunday, they said.
