Mumbai News LIVE Updates: All MSRTC buses will be electric by 2037, says Maharashtra transport minister
All buses in the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) fleet will be electric by 2037, state transport minister Pratap Sarnaik said on Monday. Speaking in the legislative council, Sarnaik said it is envisaged that all vehicles in Maharashtra will be EVs by 2047. As a step towards it, the MSRTC plans to have all electric buses in fleet by 2037, he said. (PTI)
