At the 'Leaders’ Dialogue on Green & Digital Maritime Corridors' held at The Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority (JNPA), Uran, India and Singapore discussed creating maritime corridors and building a strong digital ecosystem. On this occasion, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the Maharashtra Government and Mapletree for an investment of Rs 3,000 crore

Additionally, CM Fadnavis, along with Deputy Prime Minister Gan Kim Yong and Singapore’s Transport Minister Jeffrey Siow, presided over the MoU signing between the Maharashtra Government and CapitaLand Investment Limited. He noted that the CapitaLand Data Centre was built in record time, equipped with advanced technology, efficient cooling systems, high scalability, and unique features. This collaboration will bring proposed investments of around Rs 19,200 crore to Maharashtra, expected to generate approximately 60,000 direct jobs

Highlighting Nagpur’s status as the nation’s ‘Zero Mile’ and a growing medical hub, he proposed developing a ‘Medicity’ with a hospital, nursing colleges, and multispecialty facilities. As part of this partnership, a 350-bed multi-speciality hospital will be set up in Nagpur with an investment of up to Rs 700 crore, generating nearly 3,000 direct jobs
