The Mumbai Traffic Police had earlier said that the traffic was being diverted towards SV Road due to water-logging at Andheri Subway

About an hour later, in a fresh statement, the Mumbai Traffic Police said that the vehicular movement was back to normal at the Andheri Subway as it was reopened for traffic

Meanwhile, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Wednesday issued an orange alert for Mumbai, Thane, Palghar, Raigad, Ratnagiri and Sindhudurg. While a yellow alert has been issued for Mumbai on June 29 and 30. Mumbai has been witnessing heavy rains since Wednesday morning
