Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray) candidate Manisha Panchal has applied for re-election from ward number 72 (K-East) in Andheri East after being defeated by Bharatiya Janata Party's (BJP's) Mamta Pankaj Yadav.
