Amid the extremely heavy rainfall continuing on Wednesday, people were seen wading through waterlogged roads at Gandhi Market, Matunga.
The streets of Matunga turned into streams as the heavy downpour created havoc in Dadar, Matunga and other parts of the city.
Due to the extreme weather conditions, daily life was disrupted on Wednesday across the city.
A man was seen enjoying the waterlogged area as flooded streets in Matunga brought traffic to a standstill.
Along with road traffic disruptions, Mumbai’s railway network was also severely hit for the second consecutive day on Tuesday.
