Parel-based artist Parag Sawant made an art decor of the residence's windows. Speaking about the theme, Sawant stated that there is a window in all our lives through which the mind wanders, observes. That window can be in a school, an office, a bustling chawl or a high-rise building. The window reveals scenes of joy or sorrow in people's lives

According to Lower Parel resident Kavita Patil, she along with a group of friends worked on a miniature theme of 'BDD chawl', which is one of the popular chawl in Mumbai

As a part of art decoration "Athvanitali BDD Chawl" was prepared by Kavita Patil. The 4, 5, 10 BDD chawl building was demolished for New BDD development

Many devotees visit Parag Sawant's house during the festival season to see the attractive art decor

Every year, Patil thinks of different themes to make art decor for the 10-day Ganeshotsav festival. The idol of Lord Ganesha is placed in the middle of the art decor
