On Wednesday night, Shinde connected with some of the tourists from Maharashtra via phone to understand their condition and extend his support
Speaking to a group of tourists staying at a hotel in Nepal, the Deputy CM assured them that the state government is in constant touch with the Central Government and is doing everything possible to bring them home safely
After the temporary closure of the airport several Indian airlines had announced cancellation of operations to Nepal, however, the airlines have now resumed operations
