Mundhe said his priority was to create systems that continue to function effectively regardless of which officer is in charge

He also highlighted the role of digital technology in ensuring that government systems remain effective even after officers complete their tenure

He stressed that the work being carried out by the FDA was a collective effort involving officers and staff across the department

Mundhe said his primary responsibility was to ensure that people in Maharashtra have access to safe food and are encouraged to adopt healthier dietary habits

He said his only motivation as FDA Commissioner was to serve the people of the state and ensure food safety
