Members of the Karni Sena held a press conference at Anita Banquet Hall in Gorai 2, Borivali (West), on Saturday

The press conference was attended by Bajrang Bahadur Singh, District President, Karni Sena Palghar; Ganesh Hiwarkar, choreographer and a close friend of Sushant Singh Rajput

Surjeet Singh Rathore, Chairman, Karni Sena Film Association; Jeevan Singh Solanki, Maharashtra In-charge, Karni Sena; and Shakti Singh Rathore, Mumbai President, Karni Sena were also present at the press conference

The representatives shared their views on issues surrounding the two cases and called for the investigations to establish the facts and address questions raised by the families and supporters of the deceased

The development comes amid renewed attention to Disha Salian's death case. The Bombay High Court on September 2 directed the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to register an FIR and investigate the circumstances surrounding Salian's death

The announcement comes as the Disha Salian case undergoes a fresh CBI investigation. The Bombay High Court had specifically directed that the probe examine all aspects surrounding the circumstances of her death, while cautioning that the registration of an FIR did not amount to a finding of guilt against any individual
