The weather department stated that heavy to very heavy rainfall with the possibility of extremely heavy rain at isolated locations over the next few days

Despite heavy rains, people were seen stepping out for work and travel in parts of south Mumbai, navigating wet streets during the evening hours on Wednesday

While the rain activity led to inconvenience for pedestrians and two-wheelers in some areas, no major disruption to suburban train services or road transport was reported

Mumbai continued to receive intermittent heavy spells, with short breaks in rainfall in between

Officials have urged citizens to exercise caution while travelling

People in Dadar were seen moving cautiously as monsoon showers lashed the city on Wednesday

The intense rainfall led to the accumulation of water on roads in parts of Kurla, slowing traffic and causing inconvenience to motorists

Despite the waterlogging, vehicles continued to navigate the flooded stretch as commuters made their way through the area
