The project aims to promote environmental conservation and pollution control while also educating the public, an official statement said

The Nature Trail offers a unique opportunity for visitors to experience nature in its purest form, while keeping the balance of the environment intact, it said

The trail was designed to minimize any harm to the natural surroundings, with pathways developed through trees, allowing visitors to walk above the forest floor, the officials said

Mangal Prabhat Lodha, Minister for Skill Development, Employment, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation, as well as the Guardian Minister of Mumbai Suburban District urged people to explore and appreciate nature after inaugurating it

Speaking at the inauguration, Lodha said that the Nature Trail would not only be a major tourist attraction for both locals and international visitors but also serve as a model for environmental awareness
