The weather department has forecast a maximum temperature of around 30.8 degrees Celsius and a minimum of 25 degrees Celsius

A high tide of 4.11 metres is expected at 3.17 pm on Tuesday, followed by another 3.70-metre high tide at 4.09 am on Wednesday. The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has advised citizens to remain cautious during high tide hours

Despite the fresh weather alert, rainfall remained relatively light during the 24-hour period ending 8 am on Tuesday

Authorities have urged commuters to monitor weather updates and exercise caution, particularly in low-lying areas where moderate rainfall during high tide could lead to waterlogging

Despite the rain, people gathered along the promenade overlooking the Arabian Sea, enjoying the cool breeze, overcast skies and rhythmic sound of waves crashing against the tetrapods

Families, couples and groups of friends were seen taking photographs, recording videos and relishing the pleasant weather as the rain offered a welcome break from the recent humid conditions

Many visitors carried umbrellas and raincoats, while others embraced the drizzle, strolling along the Queen's Necklace and pausing to admire the dramatic sea view.
