Officials said the branch collapsed onto vehicles parked along the roadside in the Rabodi area.

Following the alert, personnel from the Disaster Management Cell reached the site with a pickup vehicle, while the Fire Brigade deployed a fire engine to assist in the operation.

Authorities confirmed that no injuries were reported in the incident.

The damaged vehicles were identified as a Hyundai Xcent bearing registration number MH 03 DU 1737, owned by Ganesh Kadam, and a Maruti Suzuki Ertiga bearing registration number MH 04 LY 3538, owned by Bhushan Mangesh Jadhav.

Disaster Management Cell personnel and Fire Brigade staff jointly carried out the removal operation. The fallen branch was cut into sections and cleared from the vehicles and the roadside to restore normal movement in the area.
