Located in the Gamdevi area, Mani Bhavan is a historic structure that served as Mahatma Gandhi’s Mumbai headquarters from 1917 to 1934. Gandhi stayed here during his visits to the city while leading the Indian freedom struggle. Today, the building has been converted into a museum and research centre, dedicated to Gandhi’s life and work
