In an exclusive chat with mid-day.com, Lokesh Chandra, the general manager of Brihanmumbai Electric Supply and Transport (BEST) says the first AC double-decker e-bus will be operational in Mumbai from next week and by the end of March the BEST will introduce 200 of these e-buses on various routes across the city. The first AC double-decker e-bus will operate on Kurla-Santacruz route.
