This year the residents of Girgaon Mangalwadi in Mumbai have made a coronavirus effigy as Od Man that will be burnt on December 31 at midnight. As an old tradition, an effigy made from old clothes is set afire on 31st December, thereby burning to ashes all the troubles and problems of the past 12 months and beginning a new year afresh without any worries or sorrows.
