Over 12 labourers were seriously injured and at least 20 feared trapped under the debris when an under-construction flyover on Faizabad Lucknow highway collapsed this morning.

The flyover in Rudauli town of the district, which was under-construction for last two years, collapsed seriously injuring over 12 labourers, District Magistrate (Faizabad) M P Agarwal told PTI.
