Andhra Pradesh Health Minister Kamineni Srinivas on Friday welcomed the Union Budget 2018 and said that the Centre would fulfill everything as promised. 'As far as health and education are concerned, this is a very good budget. We will definitely get whatever was promised. This government will be there for another six years too, for total 10 years,' Srinivas told reporters here.

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)-led NDA Government presented the Union Budget for 2018-19 yesterday. A new health insurance scheme for the poor, a slew of measures for the agriculture and rural sectors and some relief in income tax for the salaried class and senior citizens, were major announcements made by the Finance Minister in the last full budget before the general elections.
