New Delhi: The BJP Tuesday accused Congress leader Abhishek Singhvi of hoarding black money by evading taxes, after Income Tax settlement commission reportedly slapped him a penalty of Rs.56.67 crore but he said that order suffered from "legal malice and perversity".
