<p>   For the first time, the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC) has taken a deposit of Rs 20 lakh from the organisers of the Mumbai Marathon. The Bandra-Worli Sea Link (BWSL) is a part of the track for the marathon participants. File pics</strong></p>  <p>   Speaking to MiD DAY, Executive Engineer Arun Deodhar from MSRDC said, &ldquo;The BWSL will remain shut for four hours in the morning due to the marathon. We have already taken Rs 20 lakh as deposit from the organisers. The toll collection is the responsibility of Mumbai Entry Point Ltd.</p>  <p>   <img alt="Mumbai Marathon" src="http://images.mid-day.com/2013/jan/Marathon.jpg" style="width: 500px; height: 637px;" /></p>  <p>   &ldquo;The toll contractor is aware that the Sea Link will be closed for four hours tomorrow,&rdquo; an MSRDC official said. &ldquo;However, till now, he has not intimated us regarding the compensation.&rdquo; An official from the toll collection agency said that MSRDC hadn&rsquo;t compensated for the loss of toll in the past two years, so this year they were not very positive regarding the compensation.</p>
