A 60-year-old man undergoing treatment for a back ailment Sunday committed suicide by jumping off the fifth floor of Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital in west Delhi, police said.

"Jogender Poddar was suffering from multiple disease hypertension, blood sugar and asthma. He was admitted to hospital Oct 1," said a police official.
