The HC, on Tuesday sent Peter Mukherjea, Indrani Mukerjea, Sanjeev Khanna and driver Shyamvar Rai sent to judicial custody till June 6.
The CBI has asked more time, till June 6, to file reply on affidavit for making Rai an approver in the case.
The order on Peter's bail application will be given on May 23
CBI, had earlier opposed Peter Mukherjea's bail application saying that he is one of the main accused in the sensational Sheena Bora murder case and since he is influential, he can tamper evidences related to the case.
Indrani, Rai and Khanna allegedly strangled Sheena (24), Indrani's daughter from earlier relationship, inside a car here in April 2012. The crime came to light last August. According to CBI, the crime was linked to financial transactions.
